XFRX demo

The following documents present both report merging and hyperlinks, the PDF document also contains the document outline. The documents consist of three VFP reports - a 'splash screen' page, a simple customer list and an invoice list grouped by customers. The page size and orientation of the first report differs from the other two reports - just to show the possibility.
The second report generates a table of contents on the second page of the document, with an option to click on a customer and navigate to the corresponding invoice list of the customer.
